This policy explains what information BWD Web Studio collects through this website, how I use it, and how you can reach me about it.

Information I collect

When you send the free review form or the quote form, I collect what you type: your name, business name, city, email address, phone number (quote form), the link you share (review form), what you need and your message. When you use the chat, your messages are sent to a chat service running on my own server (n8n) so it can answer you.

How I use it

Only to answer you: to prepare your review or quote, and to follow up about your project. I do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Services that process your information

Form messages go to my n8n server. If it is unavailable, they are sent through FormSubmit, which delivers them to my email. The chat window loads from my own n8n server, and only when you click the chat button. None of these services is used to advertise to you.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and the bookkeeping period after it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not currently use analytics. If that changes, I will update this page first.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, at any time.
